Harmonic Design: Evolve Vacation Rental
Harmonic Design is a service design consultancy, one of the few firms in the US that focuses exclusively on SD. In the summer of 2021, Harmonic consulted for Evolve Vacation Rentals, a company that offers services to support vacation rental owners. I worked on a team with other designers to conduct customer research, facilitate creative workshop for the client’s employees, and create final deliverables that helped Evolve better orchestrate their services to serve customers.
